DELIVERY

Stocks

At Heode we have a taste for work that is finished and well done.

To give you maximum visibility when it comes to fitting out your van, we do not accept pre-orders: the quantities that can be ordered on our site are limited to the stocks physically present in our warehouse.

This means that all products ordered will be delivered to you within the times indicated.


Dispatch of your parcel

Delivery times are given for information only and no longer depend on Heode from the time the parcel(s) are handed over to the carrier.

Packages are dispatched using the delivery method you choose when placing your order. A tracking number for the parcel(s) will be sent to you by Heode or its transport service providers by e-mail at the time of dispatch.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight and volume of the parcel(s) making up an order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them.

Despite the special care taken to protect the products sent, the risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser. You must check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be addressed to the carrier immediately.

Surcharge for delivery to specific areas (islands and mountains)

Please note that our transport partner DPD applies additional charges for delivery to certain geographical areas that it considers difficult to access. This applies in particular to certain islands and mountainous regions.

You can consult the detailed list of postcodes affected by these surcharges, as provided by DPD, by downloading the following document: List of DPD postcodes - Difficult-to-reach areas.

If your delivery address corresponds to one of these postcodes, a surcharge, which is billed directly to us by DPD, will be automatically calculated and added to your delivery costs. This amount will be clearly visible during the validation of your order, before the payment stage, ensuring total transparency on the final cost of your delivery.

We thank you for your understanding regarding these charges, which are beyond our control and are applied directly by the carrier.

RETURNS


If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have received, you can of course return it to us.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return it to us. If you return your order within 14 days of receiving it, you can choose between an exchange, a credit note or a refund. In the latter case, Heode will reimburse you within 30 days (from the date of receipt of your item in our premises). After 14 days, you will be entitled to a credit note or an exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I make a return?

The returns procedure is as follows:

  1. Check that your products are not affected by any exceptions to returns.
  2. Download the returns form here
  3. Fill in the form and attach it to the items to be returned
  4. Return your parcel(s) to us using the carrier of your choice

Are there any exceptions?

Returns are not accepted for :

  • Fitting kits that have been assembled
  • Products that have been manufactured to specifications (made-to-measure) or that are clearly personalised
  • Products that have been unsealed by the customer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection

Conditions for accepting returns

In accordance with the law, products must be returned in new, undamaged condition and in their original packaging (please do not glue or write anything on the original packaging). They must be accompanied by the completed returns form. This form can be downloaded from the "How to make a return" section.

If the product is fragile, we recommend that you take out insurance so that you can return it to your carrier in the event of breakage.

Please note that if the returned product(s) do not comply with the conditions for accepting returns when received at our premises, no refund or exchange will be made.
