Can I have my order delivered to Switzerland? 

If you live in Switzerland, please note that we do not deliver directly to Swiss addresses.

However, you can choose between two options:

• have your order delivered to an address in France near the Swiss border;

• collect your order directly from our warehouse.

In both cases, French VAT will apply. Living in Switzerland therefore does not entitle you to a VAT exemption.

Please also note that we do not handle customs formalities or prepare the documents required to import your order into Switzerland. If you then take the goods into Switzerland yourself, you will be entirely responsible for the customs procedures and any associated duties, taxes and fees.
