Yes, absolutely, provided that the window was purchased from our website heode.fr. The installation package can be ordered separately, at any time.

Can I have a window purchased from another site installed?
No. Our packages and the terms negotiated with our partners apply only to the installation of products sold by Heode.

What should I do if I can't reach an installer on the list?
We invite you to contact one or two other installers on the list. If the problem persists for several partners in your area, our customer service is of course available to help you find a solution.

What exactly does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the labour and waterproofing of the installation carried out by the partner. The product warranty remains that of the manufacturer.
