This mastic-glue kit from Berner contains everything you need to securely install windows and bay windows on converted vans:

  • 1 310 ml single-component polyurethane cartridge for windscreens
  • 1 10 ml primer and applicator
  • 1 bevelled nozzle for applying the sealant
  • 1 intensive cleaner 30 ml
  • 1 set of instructions

Instructions for use
Make sure the operation is carried out in a clean working environment. Clean the surfaces to be bonded (glazing and bodywork) and allow to air dry for 5 minutes. Using the applicator, apply a coat of primer to the glazing and bodywork and leave to air dry for 10 minutes. Apply the single-component PU adhesive perpendicular to the glazing, starting from the centre of the bottom edge.
