Introduction

Heode is a simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Le Puy En Velay under number 852 865 575, with capital of 10,000 euros.

As the data controller for the data it collects, Heode undertakes to comply with the framework of current legal provisions.

Personal data

On the website https://heode.fr, there are 2 types of data that may be collected:

1– Data provided by customers
This data is what you transmit to us directly
via a contact form,
by subscribing to the newsletter,
by direct email contact,
when creating your account,
when validating an order for example.

2– Automatically collected data
During your visits, once your consent has been given, we may collect web analytics information relating to your browsing, the duration of your visit, your IP address, your browser type and version. The technology used is cookies.

Use of data

When using the contact form, the data you transmit to us directly is used to contact you in response to your request.

The information provided when creating an account and during the order process (surname and first name, postal address, telephone number, email) is mandatory for processing your order.

Web analytics data is collected anonymously (by recording anonymised IP addresses) by Google Analytics. It allows us to measure our website's audience, page views and any errors in order to constantly improve the user experience.
