Sixto 1 or 2: which to choose?

A stunning layout, designed to make your van life as comfortable as possible!

The SIXTO 2 has been designed to make intelligent use of your interior space, while making your daily van life simpler and more enjoyable. A true travelling companion, it adapts to your nomadic lifestyle and accompanies you wherever you go!

It's made up of six low pedestals cleverly configured to maximise each storage area, from left to right:

The first pedestal is divided into 2 parts: a medium drawer (T157) on good quality sliding rails and a locker that can be closed with a 3/4 door (P2) where imposing accessories can be concealed. To the right, three inseparable pedestals LB101, LB103, and LB102 offer an impressive storage surface, held closed by a sliding door to the left (P5 + P4); a fixed door that can be removed from above (P6) and a sliding door to the right (P5 + P12).

All the equipment inside these low boxes is easily accessible, whether your van interior is in day or night mode. The presence of an unfolded bed in no way hinders the opening of these three clever doors. During the day, they don't encroach on the surrounding space, although one of the two sliding doors can be left open to suit your needs! Of course, not when you're out and about!

The fifth box has a volume capable of holding large objects such as a water tank, jerry can, gas bottle, etc.

The last pedestal in the lower section of the SIXTO 2 unit has been designed to accommodate a 40L or 50L 12V compression fridge. Once built-in, it will be stable and protected from premature failure of any kind, thanks to the perforations in the finishing panel (CF740) on the right-hand side of the cabinet, guaranteeing optimum ventilation!

Above the 12V fridge, there's a practical compartment for storing placemats, placemats and other odds and ends. The contents are secured by a small door (P7).

On the upper section of the SIXTO 2, three tall units make the most of the space, so you can have the things you're looking for at eye level.

The central pedestal is original in that its front has 2 openings with rounded corners, of different heights to provide 2 shelves. The items on these shelves remain visible at all times and can be accessed in 30 seconds! So you can keep books, a torch, a multi-purpose knife, etc. close at hand.

The other two tall lockers can be divided into 2 blocks by a removable shelf (ET1) and can hold: clothes, bed linen, towels, hygiene products, etc. These lockers are distinguished by their bevelled doors, which make them stand out! One door opens to the left (P8) and the other to the right (P9).

Push locks secure the doors and drawer of the SIXTO 2 so that nothing can fall out, shift or break on your travels!

A kitchen that will take you around the world!

On top of the LB102, LB100 and LB104 base units there's a worktop that's wide enough to create a kitchen area in a converted van, just like at home!

All you need to do is fit a combined sink + 2-burner hob(sold separately on our site) above the LB102 and LB100 pedestals, in which you'll find jerrycans, a gas bottle and all the equipment you need to put the water and gas systems into operation!

You can also fit a stainless steel sink and a 1-burner or 2-burner hob separately on this worktop. It's up to you!

A 12 V coffee maker, dish drainer or whatever else you like can be placed on the remaining, unoccupied space on the worktop.

When you've finished cooking, close the tempered glass lids on your hob or gas hob to make the most of the worktop space.

Travelling without a kitchen is like sleeping without a mattress- it makes no sense!

Furniture that can withstand anything, except the urge to travel!

The SIXTO 2, like all LONGBOARD furniture Heode, is made from birch plywood.

Birch is THE material that our furniture can't do without, and neither can our customers or our team! Robust, durable, lightweight and aesthetically pleasing are its main virtues.

The bottom pedestals (LB100, LB101, LB102, LB103, LB104), top pedestal (LB105), drawer tray (T157) and shelf (ET1) are made from unfinished 15 mm birch plywood.

The surface elements (doors, T1 drawer front, PT1290 worktop, pinthes, end panels) have a laminate coating that is scratch, stain and impact resistant. If you have any minor accidents in the kitchen, just wipe up the mess with a clean cloth!

Choose the laminate colour scheme that will make the most of your SIXTO 2 furniture: Cream White/Birch; Agave Green/Birch; Graphite Grey/Birch; etc.
