MS Polymer putty-glue for van fittings

This MS Polymer hybrid putty-glue has been designed to meet the most demanding requirements. It combines the advantages of a putty and an adhesive to offer optimum adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces.

MS Polymer mastic adhesive does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE or bituminous surfaces.

How do I apply Würth MS Polymer sealant?

step 1: Make sure the surface to which you want to apply the sealant is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease and any substance that could interfere with adhesion.

step 2: Using a suitable spray gun, apply the MS Polymer mastic adhesive in beads or dots to the surface, then fix immediately.

step 3: If you've used the putty-glue as a joint around a surface, remember to smooth it (with your finger or a soft silicone spatula) a few minutes after application for optimum results.

step 4: Wipe away any fresh residue with a dry cloth.

• Film drying time (temperature 23°C, humidity 50%): 20 to 30 minutes
• Temperature resistance: -40°C to +80°C
• Store in a cool, dry place between +5°C and +25°C when the cartridge is unopened.
• This sealant can be sanded when completely dry.
• Please note that this MS Polymer sealant is not suitable for structural bonding of glass, nor as a glazier's sealant.
