LONGBOARD - Low cabinet for left-hand sliding door - LB101
LB101
LONGBOARD pedestal for left-hand sliding door, untreated, 420x740x350 mm (WxHxD)
Which LONGBOARD unit should be installed near a wheel arch?
This universal base unit for left-hand sliding doors has been designed to be placed to the left of the LB103 central base unit (generally located in front of the wheel arch) inside your converted van. The LB101 and LB103 pedestals have been designed for efficient assembly.
The LB101 low pedestal designed by Heode is unique in that it can be fitted with a door that slides to the left (door closed). The only condition is that it must be assembled with the LB103 central pedestal to enable it to function. Without the LB103 pedestal, the LB101 pedestal cannot accommodate the sliding door intended for it. Note that the door is formed by the interlocking of the P5 + P4 door fronts.
Once assembled, the LB101 and LB103 base units form a duo. The LB102 right-hand sliding door bottom panel can be added to this duo to form a trio. And whether you choose a duo or trio combination, you can add shelves (ET1) to provide several levels of storage.
All the structural parts of the base units are made of 15mm thick birch plywood, so there's no disparity!
Which LONGBOARD base and/or wall units should I use to configure my LB101 base unit?
Heode lONGBOARD guides you through the assembly of your LB101 base unit to form a duo or trio:
- lB101 low pedestal for left-hand sliding door + LB103 central low pedestal for wheel arch
- base pedestal for left-hand sliding door LB101 + central base pedestal for wheel arch LB103 + base pedestal for right-hand sliding door LB102
Shelves (ET1) can be added to the LB101 pedestal to give you more storage space. Keep your living space tidy in a converted van!
Shelving maximises the storage potential of LONGBOARD low pedestals.
The strengths of the LB101 low pedestal
Modularity: duo or trio combinations are possible with the low pedestal for sliding doors to the left (as seen above), or with the LB105 high pedestal.
Optimising space: this LB101 low pedestal is generally the closest to the tailgate or hinged doors in a vehicle's interior space. It will hide the rear part of the wheel arch. With the addition of shelves (ET1), you can maximise storage capacity on several levels!
Practicality: Thanks to its practical sliding door (formed by the P5 + P4 door fronts), you'll have easy access to your clothes or utensils stored in this low cabinet.
Easy to assemble: all the necessary screws and bolts are supplied, along with clear assembly instructions to make installation a breeze!
