Complete professional Wurth mastic adhesive kit for fitting windows on vans. Includes a cleaner-activator, a polyurethane adhesive tube with bonding primer and applicator.
This Wurth Expert mastic adhesive kit contains everything needed to securely install a window on a converted van. It contains:
- 310 ml single-component Polyurethane cartridge for windscreens
- bevelled nozzle for mastic application
- sachet containing 1 pre-impregnated wipe with cleaner-activator
- 10 ml bonding primer and applicator
- instructions for use
Allow 1 mastic adhesive kit per window.
Vehicle immobilisation time: 2 hours.
Confirmed by crash test and TÜV certificate in accordance with FMVSS208/212 standard.
Instructions for use
Ensure the operation is carried out in a clean working environment. Clean the surfaces to be bonded (glazing and bodywork) and allow to air dry for 5 minutes. Apply a coat of bonding primer using the applicator to the glazing and bodywork and allow to air dry for 10 minutes. Apply the single-component PU adhesive perpendicular to the glazing, starting from the centre of the lower edge.
From 24 August 2023, this product is strictly reserved for use by professionals who have undergone specific training.
