The EZA 120Ah Gel Auxiliary Battery (ref. 496191) is the top-of-the-range model in the EZA gel range, with a real capacity of 112 Ah on a 20-hour discharge and a peak discharge current of 1,200A — the highest in the range. Thanks to gel technology, it withstands deep discharges of up to 85% without premature degradation, with a lifespan of 800 to 1,100 cycles depending on use.

Like the entire EZA gel range, this leisure battery is sealed and maintenance-free, and offers excellent resistance to low temperatures — ideal for installations in external storage compartments or vans that winter in the mountains. Its self-discharge of 1 to 3% per month keeps it preserved during long periods of storage. It can be connected in parallel with up to 4 units to build a high-capacity battery bank. Supplied with M8 terminals, terminal covers and carry handles. For installations with lower energy requirements or tighter space constraints, the EZA 100Ah Gel Auxiliary Battery is more compact and lighter. How to install the EZA 120Ah Gel Auxiliary Battery?

Install the battery upright or on its side (not on its side face) in a dry, ventilated indoor space. Connect the supplied M8 terminals to the positive and negative posts, respecting the connection order (positive first, negative last). Given the weight of 38 kg, use the supplied carry handles for installation. A circuit breaker between the battery and the installation is strongly recommended. Charge exclusively with a gel-compatible charger, maximum current 24A.
