How do I install the heating kit on a Ford Transit Custom?

The installation is carried out under the chassis. The mounting bracket bolts onto the frame rail and the heater is secured to it. The fuel tap connects without drilling the tank. The electrical cables connect to the battery or the fit-out battery bank, and the 60 mm duct passes through the floor to distribute warm air inside the cab.

A heating kit compatible with VASP certification

The Autoterm Air 2D is certified E2-10R and E2-122R, two mandatory European standards for VASP approval of an autonomous heater in a converted vehicle. The certificates are provided by Autoterm and must be handed to the inspector at the time of the approval inspection.
