Our team has designed a table top offering a beautiful, resistant and removable surface! This sturdy table, 5 cm thick 15 mm, this table top can:

• accommodate up to 4 plates to allow you to enjoy convivial meal breaks on road trips!
• generously expand the worktop of your LONGBOARD layout (particularly if you choose to fix it on a robust sliding steel rail, 950 mm long, cuttable).

The lamination of this table top provides increased resistance to stains, scratches and accidental impacts.

And it guarantees a durable and easy-to-maintain surface, ideal for daily use in a converted van!

An ultra-practical table or worktop extension!

To create a table:

Assemble this table top measuring 765x500x15 mm (LxWxH) with two bases and a steel table leg.

First, simply screw a fixed base to the back of the table top, pre-drilled with 6 holes in its centre to facilitate its installation.

Then, place on your floor (inside your converted van), in a strategic location, another fixed base to screw or a Tripod base.

Finally, gently insert a steel table leg into each of the two bases!

It is important to know:

A fixed base, once screwed directly to the floor, will make your table completely stable.

A Tripod base, once placed on the ground, will make your table stable but also movable. Place it outside, set up your table and eat in the open air!

To create a worktop extension for your Longboard unit, you need:

• Attach an Astro 3 telescopic table leg to the back of the table top, pre-drilled with 6 holes (representative of the drillings on the base of the leg) at one end.
• Install a mounting rail on a plinth, located under the worktop of your Longboard unit using the fixing elements supplied with this rail. Please note, if you have a DUO Longboard unit (comprising 2 base units), the steel mounting rail will need to be cut by a few cm using a hacksaw for example. For information, this mounting rail is not compatible with a UNO Longboard unit.
• Attach three brackets (which slot onto the mounting rail to create the worktop extension) to the back of the table top, pre-drilled in three distinct locations (with a number of holes corresponding to the drillings on the base of the brackets) at one end.

Finally, slot the end of the table top with the three brackets onto the sliding mounting rail then adjust the height of the Astro 3 table leg, remembering to lock it by tightening the wing screw. Once in place, it's time to use your worktop extension!

Versatile certainly, but incredibly modular, this table top can serve as:

• indoor table, when mounted on a base,
• outdoor table, a combination with a tripod,
• worktop extension.
