Ideal for small jobs or touch-ups in a converted van or caravan, it provides a long-lasting seal and is UV, weather and mould resistant. Packaged in 100 ml, it's ready to use, doesn't need a spray gun and is practical to take everywhere!

What is Sikaflex 522 used for?

Sikaflex® 522 is perfect for :

  • Making flexible, watertight joints inside and outside the vehicle.
  • Bonding lightweight components: profiles, covers, panels, etc
  • Carrying out quick repairs to areas that are sensitive to water or dust.

Suitable for a wide range of surfaces: wood, painted metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc

How do I use Sikaflex 522?

1. Clean surfaces: dry, clean, free of dust and grease.

2. Apply the sealant directly from the tube.

3. Smooth the joint before skinning (≈ 30 min).

4. Leave to harden: complete polymerisation in a few days depending on humidity.
