• Thermocouple safety device: The system automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out accidentally. This is a requirement and an important safety feature.
• Screw-fixed burner caps: They stay firmly in place and will not shift due to vibrations on the road.
• Automatic shut-off when closed: The safety system also cuts off the gas when you close the glass lids.

Is a cutting template supplied?
A template is not always included. However, the precise cut-out dimensions (688 x 319 mm) are provided, allowing you to mark out and cut an opening for a perfect fit in your worktop.

What type of tap should I install?
You need a folding tap. Because the tap hole is beneath the sink’s glass lid, a conventional non-folding tap would prevent the lid from closing. The standard tap hole is 33 mm.

What waste fitting do I need?
This unit is designed for a standard 70 mm diameter waste fitting. To make the most of the often limited space beneath the sink, we recommend an angled waste fitting. It allows a more compact connection for the waste pipe and makes it easier to arrange your storage.

Can I use butane and propane gas?
Yes, this unit is compatible with both types of gas (butane and propane) with a 30 mbar regulator, giving you plenty of flexibility when travelling.

Are the glass lids fragile?
They are made from toughened safety glass designed to withstand temperature changes and normal use. However, do not use them as chopping boards, as this could scratch them, or place heavy or sharp objects on them.
