The Cozy Max lining kit for Peugeot Expert III (from 2016) includes:
- 4mm thick side panels, to protect the walls of your vehicle
- A birch plywood floor with a brown non-slip film of 220gr/m² in 9 or 12mm
- A 4mm thick roof panel, to line the roof of your van
- A pair of thermoformed covers, perfectly fitting your wheel arches
The floor is fitted with threshold bars and fixing cups.
Included with the side panels are the parts covering the doors and windows.
Finnish birch plywood wood, sourced from PEFC sustainably managed forests.
HDPE plastic selected for its lightness and resistance to torsion.
This kit is suitable for both private individuals planning to convert their van into a campervan, and tradespeople looking to protect their vehicles. Our lining kits comply with the specifications set by vehicle manufacturers and therefore correspond to the exact dimensions of each vehicle.

Installation
The entire kit is delivered pre-drilled and ready to assemble, with screws and assembly instructions (sent by e-mail after ordering).
Assembly in 1 hour (1.5 hours for larger models).

Delivery
Ceiling linings may sometimes be damaged during transit. Please check the condition of your parcels in the presence of the delivery driver.
