Made from PVC, this premium pre-cut floor resists heavy traffic, trampling and impacts. This 2.15 mm thick covering, selected by us, is typically used in sports complexes, schools, airports, hospitals, etc.

How to install a PVC floor in a converted vehicle?

You must first have a floor panel in your Renault Trafic 3 (from 2014).

Equip yourself with a 500 ml high-performance contact spray adhesive (sold separately on our website) and your Trafic 3 pre-cut floor.

For installing the PVC floor covering:

Step 1: Clean/degrease the floor panel in your vehicle and unscrew the metal threshold bars if your floor panel is equipped with them.

Step 2: Unroll the pre-cut covering inside your commercial vehicle and adjust its position relative to the floor panel.

Step 3: Fold half of the floor towards the front of the vehicle to reveal half of the floor panel.

Step 4: Apply the professional contact adhesive, approximately 10 cm apart on the rear section of the floor panel and on the reverse of the vinyl floor. Wait a few seconds and carefully lay the vinyl floor onto the floor panel.

Step 5: Fold the front section of the floor over the rear section. Apply the adhesive to the floor panel and the vinyl floor. Wait a few seconds and carefully fold the front section of the vinyl floor onto the floor panel.

Step 6: At the rear of the vehicle, cut the excess vinyl using a craft knife, following the shape of the floor panel

Step 6: Replace the threshold bars in their respective positions. We recommend shortening/cutting the vinyl by a few millimetres where the threshold bars are located. This will facilitate the installation of the bars and prevent floor creases.
