• Those who want to glue it to the floor should allow 10/15 minutes of work.

Robust and aesthetically pleasing pre-cut flooring!

This premium heterogeneous PVC flooring has been designed to withstand trampling, heavy traffic and impacts without fear. For example, if you drop something in your converted van, your flooring won't budge!

This 2.15 mm thick flexible pre-cut flooring, chosen by Heode, comprises different layers giving it excellent technical performance. It can be found in gymnasiums, hospitals, schools, station waiting rooms, etc.

Installing PVC flooring in a converted van, how does it work?

Beforehand, you must have laid a birch plywood floor with 220 g/m² anti-slip film in 9 or 12 mm thickness (of your choice) for Peugeot Expert / Citroën Jumpy / Toyota Proace (from 2016) and Opel Vivaro (from 2019).

Once your floor covering is installed, equip yourself with a 500 ml high-performance contact spray adhesive (sold separately on our website) and your pre-cut flooring.

For laying the PVC flooring:

Step 1: Before unrolling the flooring and applying the high-performance contact adhesive, you need to unscrew the metal threshold bars on the birch plywood floor to remove them. Once removed, place them in a corner.

Step 2: Unroll the pre-cut flooring onto the floor inside your van.

Step 3: Fold the rear section of the flooring over the front section.

Step 4: Apply the professional contact adhesive, approximately 10 cm apart on the rear section of the floor and then on the folded rear section of the pre-cut flooring.

Step 5: Carefully lay the glued rear section of the flooring onto the glued rear section of the floor.

Step 6: Fold the front section of the flooring over the rear section (now glued).

Step 7: Take the adhesive again. Apply it to the front section of the floor and then to the folded front section of the pre-cut flooring.

Step 8: Carefully lay the glued front section of the flooring onto the glued front section of the floor.

Step 9: Leave to dry. You can move around in your vehicle a few minutes later.

Step 10: Screw each of the metal threshold bars back in their respective places.
