Yes, you read that correctly, but there are still 2 ways to install it:

• Without bonding, in this case, in 1 minute, the floor is laid on your VW T6 floor base.
• With bonding, in this case, 10 to 15 minutes of work are required for optimal installation.

The Heode team recommends that you bond it for the simple reason that you will achieve an ideal finish and fully enjoy its qualities. Please note that it is packaged in a roll to facilitate transport and installation.

A solid precut floor for Volkswagen Transporter T6!

If you accidentally drop something on this PVC floor, 2.15 mm thick, no signs of wear will appear and stains will clean very easily with a clean cloth. It is important to note that this is a floor widely used in sports halls, nurseries, libraries and care units.

How to install a floor covering in a Volkswagen T6?

Beforehand, a birch plywood floor with 220gr/m² anti-slip film in 9 or 12 mm thickness (your choice) for Volkswagen T6 (from 2015 to 2019) must be installed.

Once your floor lining is installed, take a professional 500 ml spray contact adhesive (sold separately on our site) and your T6 precut floor.

For installing the PVC floor:

Step 1: Before rolling out the floor and applying the high-performance contact adhesive, you need to unscrew the metal threshold bars on the birch plywood floor to remove them. Once removed, place them in a corner.

Step 2: Roll out the precut floor onto the floor inside your utility vehicle.

Step 3: Fold the back part of the floor over the front part.

Step 4: Apply the professional contact adhesive, at a distance of approximately 10 cm on the back part of the floor base then on the folded back part of the precut floor.

Step 5: Carefully place the glued back part of the floor onto the glued back part of the floor base.

Step 6: Fold the front part of the floor over the back part (now bonded).

Step 7: Take the adhesive again. Apply it to the front part of the floor base then to the folded front part of the precut floor.

Step 8: Carefully place the glued front part of the floor onto the glued front part of the floor base.

Step 9: Leave to dry. You can move around in your vehicle a few minutes later.

Step 10: Screw each of the metal threshold bars back in their respective places.
