INSULATION KIT FOR L4H3VEHICLE

We've meticulously studied the insulation solutions best suited to life in a converted van to put together the best possible insulation kit. We selected Armaflex AF insulation for itsthermal and acoustic insulation performance, as well as for its inert and rot-proof properties. We've also combined it with Biofib Trio bio-based insulation, renowned for its insulating qualities and ability to regulate humidity.
This complete mixed insulation kit will guarantee long-lasting performance without damaging the vehicle's structure.

Our complete insulation kit includes all the materials you need to insulate your vehicle completely:

1. Walls, ceiling, reinforcements

• Armaflex Cleaner: a cleaner specifically designed to prepare the surfaces of your van before applying Armaflex insulation.

• Armaflex AF 19mm: high-performance insulation, offering stable thermal conductivity and including a vapour barrier to effectively control condensation and the risk of corrosion. Packaged in 19mm-thick rolls, this material is flexible, easy to cut and self-adhesive. Installation is quick and easy.
  
  
• Armaflex AF 10mm: self-adhesive to be applied to reinforcements and sleepers that cannot be insulated from the inside.

• Armaflex AF Tape for making joints. In rolls of 15m.

2. Doors

Doors are often tricky to insulate because of their limited accessibility. Biofib is a malleable material, ideal for application in these areas.

• Biofib Trio 45mm, designed and manufactured in France, is made from hemp, flax and cotton, 85% of which comes from French mills, and offers excellent thermal and acoustic comfort. Its moisture-regulating properties help prevent excess humidity in vehicles. Particularly suitable for insulating converted vans, as it won 't settle even after thousands of kilometres. Packaged in 0.77m2 panels.
  
  

• Proclima Intello vapour barrier: prevents water vapour from migrating inside a wall, eliminating the risk of condensation while allowing water vapour to pass to the outside. Packaged in 1.5 m wide rolls.
  
  

• Specialdouble-sided vapour barrier. In rolls of 50m.

3. Wheel arches

• Armaflex AF 10mm self-adhesive

4. Floor

• 4mm cork in rolls.

• High-performancespray adhesive for fixing cork to the vehicle's sheet metal or under the wood floor.
