A 0.4 or 1 Bar automatic pressure switch (to be chosen according to your water pump pressure) with non-return valve is essential equipment for optimising the water distribution system of your sink in your converted vehicle. It acts as a switch to activate or stop the water pump mechanism.

Installation of an automatic pressure switch with non-return valve

Your pressure switch will be connected by a clear water hose between your water tap and your water pump. You will need to make the necessary electrical connections for it to operate. Once installed, when you open the tap, the pressure will decrease so the pump will start, and conversely when you close it, the pressure will increase so the pump will automatically switch off.

The integrated non-return valve will prevent any water backflow to protect your distribution system (water pump).
