How to install your Expedition L roof tent?
The Expedition L is compatible with all approved roof bars for a load exceeding 79 kg dynamic (whilst driving). When stationary, the static load supported is much higher and can accommodate up to 4 adults without any problem.
Roof bar compatibility criteria:

The usable width required to install the fixing system is 70 cm.

The distance between the roof and the top of the roof bar must be greater than 5 cm to allow the fixings to be inserted.

The tube width of the roof bar must be less than 11 cm.

Simple and quick installation
The total installation time is generally between 5 and 10 minutes. We recommend two people to facilitate handling. You will need an adjustable spanner and roof bars already fitted to your vehicle.
Installation steps:
Position the bolts on each side of the crossbar.
Centre the tent in relation to the roof bars.
Position the bracket around the bolts and centre it on the crossbar.
Tighten the nuts (add lock nuts for an anti-theft solution).
