Automatic 12V water pump 10.6 L/min: comfortable flow for several water outlets

Kitchen, shower, portable toilet... as soon as your conversion has several water outlets, flow rate becomes a real consideration. This automatic 12V water pump was designed for that: with 10.6 litres per minute and adjustable pressure up to 2.1 bar, it comfortably supplies 2 to 3 outlets without losing performance, even when used simultaneously.

Its diaphragm technology, combined with an integrated pressure switch, automatically manages start-up and shut-off according to your needs: open a tap and it starts; close it and it stops. Self-priming up to 2.5 m and capable of lifting water by 3 m, it adapts to most tank configurations, even when the tank is located below the water outlet. It also tolerates dry running without damage, providing welcome protection if the tank runs low while travelling.

Compact and supplied with its anti-vibration mounting bracket, it can be fitted horizontally or vertically (pump nose facing downwards), and its 1/2" threaded connections are suitable both for creating a water system and replacing an existing pump.

How do you install the automatic 12V water pump 10.6 L/min?

Secure the pump to a stable support near the tank, horizontally or vertically (nose facing downwards). Connect the 1/2" threaded inlet and outlet to your system using a reinforced PVC drinking water hose, secured with stainless steel hose clamps. Fit a pre-filter that screws directly onto the pump head to protect it from impurities in the tank, and add an expansion vessel downstream to smooth pressure at the water outlets and extend the pump's service life.

On the electrical side, the pump is pre-wired: connect it to your 12V circuit via a 10 A fuse, and fit a switch to cut off the power supply when the tank is empty.
