Made from robust white polyamide plastic, it withstands conditions encountered under a vehicle well (splashes, humidity). Its main advantage is its integrated 90° elbow. This allows you to connect your hose parallel to the wall or floor you've just passed through, thus avoiding pinching the hose or creating too tight a bend that would hinder flow. It saves space and guarantees proper operation of your water system.

Simple and reliable installation

This bulkhead fitting is threaded and supplied with a locknut (clamping ring). Simply drill your wall or floor to the required diameter (see table below), insert the bulkhead fitting, apply a sealing compound (such as Sika Sikaflex or similar) around the flange and under the nut, then tighten the nut from the inside. Your outlet is thus securely fixed and watertight.

Installation advice

• Carefully drill your wall or floor to the specified diameter (A).
• Apply generously a polyurethane sealant (such as Sikaflex 291i, 521 UV, or equivalent) to the inner face of the flange before inserting it into the hole.
• Screw the locknut from the inside, also adding sealant under the nut for perfect watertightness. Tighten moderately.
• Clean excess sealant immediately.
• Secure your hose onto the barbed fitting using a suitable hose clamp (sold separately).
• This bulkhead fitting is recommended for waste water drainage (not suitable for pressurised drinking water).
