2. Fill the clean-water tank
The upper tank holds the flush water.
Fill it with clean water and add Aqua Rinse Plus additive.
This tank supplies water to flush the bowl: no connection to a water supply or drainage system is needed.
The seat and lid are removable.
1. Prepare the waste tank
Separate the two tanks by releasing the catch at the back.
Pour 3 litres of water into the waste tank, then add the recommended dose of Aqua Kem Blue additive.
This additive controls odours and makes emptying easier.
Follow the product's instructions for use, then put both tanks back in place.
3. Flush after each use
Open the valve using the handle.
Then operate the flush pump: three or four short flushes are enough.
Depending on the model, the pump is a piston pump (1), a bellows pump (2) or an electric pump (3); the electric pump flushes automatically.
Close the valve again: it seals off the waste tank and keeps odours at bay.
4. Check and maintain the toilet
Depending on the model, a level indicator shows when the waste tank needs emptying.
Check it regularly and before every trip.
For cleaning, avoid ordinary household cleaners: they can irreversibly damage the seals.
Instead, choose toilet-care products designed for portable toilets.
5. Empty the waste tank
Take the tank to a campsite disposal station or an authorised disposal point.
Remove the cap, then turn the emptying spout downwards.
Hold down the vent button with your thumb to prevent splashing.
Then empty the waste tank.
6. Set off without leaks
To prevent leaks while driving, follow three guidelines.
Do not leave water in the bowl.
Fill the flush-water tank to no more than half full.
Fill the waste tank to no more than three-quarters full.
