The Cosy Max lining kit for Volkswagen T6.1 (from 2019) includes:
- 4mm thick side panels to protect the walls of your vehicle
- A birch plywood floor with brown anti-slip film of 220g/m² in 9 or 12mm
- A 4mm thick headliner to line the roof of your van
- A pair of thermoformed shells, perfectly fitting your wheel arches
The floor is equipped with threshold bars and fixing cups.
The parts covering the doors and windows are included with the side panels.
Finnish birch plywood, sourced from sustainably managed PEFC forests.
HDPE plastic selected for its lightness and resistance to twisting.
This kit is suitable for both individuals who have a van conversion project and tradespeople wishing to protect their vehicles. Our lining kits comply with the specifications established by vehicle manufacturers and thus correspond to the exact dimensions of each vehicle.
Installation
The complete set is delivered pre-drilled ready to assemble, with fixings and installation instructions (sent by email after ordering).
Installation in 1 hour (1h30 for large models).
Delivery
Ceiling linings can sometimes be damaged during transport. Please check the condition of your parcels in the presence of the delivery driver.
