How to install this socket with USB-A port and USB-C port?

Required materials:

Required tools:

  • 1 wire cutter
  • 1 wire stripper
  • 1 screwdriver

Installation steps:

1️. Cut off the electrical supply before any intervention.

2️. Strip the 3G2.5mm² cable to a length of a few mm. As well as the conductor wires (Phase, Neutral) each to a length of 6mm. The protective conductor wire (Earth) should not be stripped as it is not necessary here.

3. Insert the Phase and Neutral wires, each one, until they stop in their respective terminal at the back of the socket.

4. Place the flush-mounted socket with USB-A port and USB-C port in white or black colour (depending on which one you choose) into a 1-gang flush-mounting box (previously installed) and screw it in.

5. Add a 1-gang finishing plate in white, black or sea green colour (according to your choice) for a clean and aesthetic finish.
