Which LONGBOARD furniture should be installed towards a wheel arch?

This universal lower unit for left sliding door was created to be placed to the left of the central lower unit LB103 (usually located in front of the wheel arch) inside your converted van. The LB101 and LB103 lower units have been designed to be assembled efficiently.

The LB101 lower unit designed by Heode has the specific feature of being able to receive a left sliding door (closed door). The only condition is that it must be assembled to the central lower unit LB103 to enable its operation. Without the LB103 lower unit, the LB101 lower unit cannot receive the sliding door intended for it. Note that this is formed by fitting together door fronts P5 + P4.

Once assembled, the LB101 and LB103 lower units form a duo. It's possible to add the LB102 right sliding door lower unit to this duo to form a trio. And whether you choose a duo or trio combination, you can add shelves (ET1) to benefit from several storage levels.

All the structural parts of the lower units are in 15mm thick birch plywood for complete consistency!

With which LONGBOARD lower and/or upper elements can I configure my LB101 lower unit?

Heode guides you through assembling your LB101 lower unit to form a duo or trio:

• lower unit for left sliding door LB101 + central lower unit for wheel arch LB103

To benefit from several storage surfaces, shelves (ET1) can be added within your LB101 lower unit. Keep your living space tidy in your converted van!

The strengths of the LB101 lower unit

Modularity: Duo or trio combinations are possible with the lower unit for left sliding door (as previously seen). It can also be assembled with the LB105 upper unit.

Space optimisation: This LB101 lower unit is generally the one closest to the tailgate or rear doors in a vehicle's interior space. It will hide the rear part of the wheel arch. With the addition of shelves (ET1), you can maximise storage capacity on several levels!

Practicality: Thanks to its very practical sliding door (formed by door fronts P5 + P4), you'll easily access your clothes or utensils stored in this lower unit.

Easy assembly: The necessary screws are supplied along with explicit assembly instructions for a pleasant installation!
