Its performance relies on PERC 9BB half-cells encapsulated under an ETFE Polymer coating on the exposed side and protected by a Black Tedlar backsheet. This technology pushes efficiency up to 23% and offers three concrete advantages in real-world conditions: better output under partial shading, maintained efficiency in high-heat conditions, and increased resistance to micro-cracks that degrade conventional cells over time. The ETFE surface also features self-cleaning and anti-reflective properties that preserve output in the long run. The junction box is ultra-flat (63 × 10 mm) and waterproof, supplied with 1.5 m of cable. How to install the 210 W PERC Flex Black flexible solar panel?

This module is fixed by direct bonding to the vehicle's roof. Use a professional PU adhesive (such as Sikaflex) after thoroughly cleaning and preparing the surface (degreaser, primer). The thinness of the module (2 mm) limits wind resistance. Then connect the cable to your MPPT solar charge controller via a waterproof roof gland — don't forget to add the MC4 connectors if you don't already have them. A cable with a minimum cross-section of 4 mm² is recommended between the panel and the controller for installations with a run exceeding 3 m.
